Page 1 2 Challenges Web conferencing is convenient in that you can join a meeting "anywhere" using a standard browser. But that usually assumes that you have access to a PC when you join the meeting. But what if you could join the meeting literally ANYWHERE -- in a bus, in the subway, on the beach, etc. using a Pocket PC? This project attempts to bring web conferencing to Pocket PC. The goal is to design the Pocket PC meeting client such that it has most of the functionality of the PC version -- sharing documents, remote control, viewing the participant list, taking a poll, chatting with other attendees etc. However, it should still be relatively easy to use given the limited screen size and the deficiency in input capabilities.
